If you haven’t already read it, AJ Wasserstein has a good paper on price increases. Second half of the paper he lays out how one might raise prices. If I recall it focused on B2B. As a consultant I find that telling my clients to raise prices always leads to a long discussion.
However when they raise prices they are pleasantly surprised that their clients keep on buying!

Big part is just having confidence you can replace clients if needed!
